Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To start the process please contact us at jskynaston@gmail.com. Include in your email details of the problem, an order number or screenshot of your order and a photo showing the problem.
You do not need to return to your item! We will contact our print provider and a new item will be sent out to you

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the you need a replacement.
To be eligible for an exchange the item must have defects or you have received the wrong item.. Both of these issues are rare but, if it does happen. we want to fix it as soon as possible.We do not offer returns because you change your mind.We supply size charts with each product so please ensure you order the correct size
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
